People often ask what is "Eu" & the names origin. In 2008 Eulee (pronounced "You-Lee") Jennings the father of Dr. Jennings passed away from cancer. Her experience as a young caregiver was both rewarding & challenging during the years leading to his declining health. Dr. Jennings has wonderful memories of her father who loved his motorcycle Godzilla, singing, traveling & being with family. Dr. Jennings celebrates his life through her work with TransformEu.

As an undergraduate, Dr. Jennings was determined to create a meaningful space where she could provide services, educate and advocate for others. While pursuing her first graduate degree in Transformative Leadership at Bethune-Cookman University she expanded her research experience to Historically Black College Universities and dynamics of relationships among college students.

Immediately after graduation, Dr. Jennings pursued her Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership & Conflict Resolution. While at Nova Southeastern University her research interests expanded to leadership development among women in Black Greek Letter Sororities. Lastly, Dr. Jennings pursued her second masters at The University of Florida. While there, she studied Medical Science -Gerontology with a certificate in Geriatric Care Management.

Since that time, Dr. Jennings has served on a variety of community boards in education and health. She is a member of the Gerontological Society of America and numerous Gerontology organizations.
